JurnalHub. Vice President Sandiaga Uno motivates millennials and young entrepreneurs to continue innovating. According to the vice presidential candidate number 02, being a millennial and a successful entrepreneur is not only enough work, work, work.

The motivation was conveyed by Sandiaga while campaigning in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (Kaltara). There, the former Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta met with millennial entrepreneurs and sellers of shrimp and crabs.

"North Kalimantan and Tarakan have extraordinary economic potential. From plantations, mining, and agricultural products. This country is rich. It must be managed well for the benefit of the nation's own children, not enjoyed by foreigners," explained Sandi at Warung Kopi Indra (Aseng) , Tarakan City, Kaltara, Friday.

Sandiaga said, in developing the nation's economy, the millennial role must develop. According to him, millennials no longer have to find work, but how to create jobs.

"The government must be present. The focus of Prabowo-Sandi is an economy that focuses on providing and creating jobs and prices of basic necessities are stable and affordable. The vice president who is also famous as a successful businessman heard a lot of complaints while campaigning in Kaltara. The perpetrator of crab cultivation, Munir, confided in Sandiaga about a policy that made the businessman unable to export heavily.

"So the crab market is the biggest market during Chinese New Year. Between December 5 and January 15. Export restrictions for female crabs are laying eggs. That is indeed if Pak's natural catch is indeed okay," said Munir.

"But this is cultivation. Even if left unchecked, these crabs can become pests, damage fish and shrimp ponds. Prices have dropped from Rp. 200 thousand per kilogram to only Rp. 40 thousand per kilogram," he continued.
Sandiaga ensures that the complaints submitted will be absorbed and reviewed. Sandi promised, if in 2019 he is trusted to serve the people of Indonesia, the government will certainly attend to help entrepreneurs and fishermen.
